Zomdo is the merchant of record
Customers buy from Zomdo. We handle checkout, payment capture, taxes, refunds and chargebacks. Your name isn't on the card statement.
You're only charged when you sell
No monthly fee, no listing fee. The fee (8% + $0.30 per order line) comes off each sale; the rest is your payout, shown on every order line in the portal.
Never pay for stock you can't source
Drop-ship? The customer's card is only charged after you confirm you can source the item. Can't? The order is voided — nobody is charged.
Customer messaging, without sharing their details
Talk to buyers through the portal. Zomdo relays messages by email; customer contact details stay with Zomdo.
Feed sync with quality checks
Connect a product feed and listings update nightly: prices, delistings, new items. A listing checker holds anything that would hurt trust and tells you exactly how to fix it.

What does it cost?
Nothing to list. The standard fee is 8% + $0.30 per order line, taken only when something sells. Your rate is confirmed in your approval email, and your payout is shown on every order line in your portal.
How do I get paid?
For each shipped order line, net of the fee, settled monthly. Your portal shows the payout on every line.
Do I need a product feed?
No. You can add products by hand or import a CSV. If your platform exports a Google Merchant RSS feed, connecting it keeps your listings in sync automatically.
What if I can't fulfil an order?
For sourced-on-demand sellers the customer is only charged after you confirm. Decline it and the order is cancelled without a charge. For stocked sellers, cancel the line in the portal and Zomdo handles the refund.
Who talks to the customer?
You do, through the portal — Zomdo relays messages so customer contact details aren't shared. Zomdo support can step into any thread.
Can I sell the same items elsewhere?
Yes, but the same listing shouldn't compete with itself: if you list it on Zomdo, keep it exclusive to Zomdo or price it consistently.
